Check the power cable for any damages and make sure the power outlet is functioning. Try using a different power outlet. If the device still does not work, there may be an internal electrical issue.
Make sure that the slices of bread are positioned evenly in the toaster. Check if the heating elements are clean and free of any residues. Clean the toaster regularly to remove crumbs and residues that may affect heat distribution.
Check if the toaster is plugged into the power supply, as the lever will only latch when the device is connected. Make sure that no crumbs or residue are blocking the mechanism. Clean the toaster thoroughly. If the problem persists, please contact our service center.
Turn off the toaster immediately and unplug it. Allow the appliance to cool down and then clean up any crumbs and residues that may have accumulated at the bottom or in the heating elements. Do not continue to use the toaster if the problem persists.
Check if the lever mechanism is blocked. Thoroughly clean the toaster to ensure that no crumbs or residue are obstructing the mechanism. Make sure that the spring in the lever mechanism is not damaged.
