Warm drinks? Empty bottles? Constant re-chilling? Not with the Cool Draft. The beer stays pleasantly cool and can be poured directly from the keg. This gives hosts more time for their guests – and less effort with the drinks.
The Cool Draft is designed to be ready for use quickly. After unpacking, place the appliance on a stable surface, attach the tap handle and insert the drip tray. Then fill the water reservoir with cold water up to the marking. This water supports even cooling inside the appliance.
Next, prepare the pre-chilled 5-litre keg. Depending on the type of keg, use the appropriate connector. Then place the universal keg adapter onto the keg and secure it firmly. Place the keg into the cooling unit – and the most important step is already done.
Once the keg is in place, connect the tap tube to the keg adapter. Then insert the CO₂ cartridge into the cartridge holder and screw it in until it audibly opens. This builds up the required pressure for an even pouring result.
Finally, plug in the appliance and switch it on. After the cooling phase, the beer is ready to serve. When pouring, hold the glass slightly tilted, open the tap carefully and slowly straighten the glass – for a perfect pour with a creamy foam head.
