Ingredients
- 6 eggs (size M)
- 3–4 tbsp mayonnaise or crème fraîche
- 1–2 tsp mustard (Dijon or medium-hot)
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar
Preparation
- Boil the eggs: Set the Trisa «Vario Eggs» egg cooker to «hard». Alternatively: boil for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
- Prepare: Cut the eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

- 8 small waxy potatoes
Vegan filling
- 150 g firm natural tofu
- 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp kala namak
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Cook the potatoes in their skins until tender and allow them to cool completely.
- Cut in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out a small cavity.
