With the Trisa «Pure Melt» raclette grill, every evening becomes a warm, flavourful and cosy experience – without lingering odours throughout your home. An innovative blend of Swiss design, technical finesse and authentic culinary culture.
At the heart of the «Pure Melt» lies its integrated extraction system, which captures smoke and steam exactly where they occur – above the grill plates and around the raclette pans. The air first passes through a removable grease filter that traps moisture, then continues through two activated carbon filters located at the base of the unit. This significantly reduces rising steam and improves the indoor atmosphere while dining.
The system operates quietly and efficiently, ensuring that nothing distracts from the experience. The focus remains on what truly matters: delicious food, good company and a relaxed, satisfying evening.
Two separate extraction zones, individually adjustable
For added convenience, the airflow can be controlled separately on both sides of the unit. Each extraction zone can be opened or closed individually, depending on whether one side is already being served while grilling or melting cheese continues on the other.
An additional switch allows you to select between two extraction power levels. This lets you adjust the airflow to match the grilling intensity, providing efficient ventilation without unnecessary energy consumption.
High-quality features for maximum enjoyment
The «Pure Melt» impresses not only with its performance but also with its well-designed equipment. Two generous cast aluminium grill plates with a long-lasting non-stick coating allow for simultaneous grilling and melting. Eight non-stick pans and matching plastic spatulas are included.
Everything is designed for ease of use and simple cleaning. The removable grease filter can be cleaned conveniently in the dishwasher. All other parts are easy to clean by hand after use.
Powerful and easy to use
With a heating power of 1500 watts, the unit heats up quickly and ensures even heat distribution across both grill zones. The temperature can be adjusted continuously to suit your preferences and the type of food being prepared.
The smoke extraction operates independently of the heating function and is controlled via a separate switch. The combination of adjustable temperature and selectable fan power allows for perfect coordination between grilling and air circulation.
