The recipient of the information provided by participants is not Instagram/Facebook, but Trisa Electronics AG, Kantonsstrasse 121, CH-6234 Triengen («Organizer»). The information provided will be used exclusively for the giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be addressed solely to the Organizer. Trisa Electronics releases Instagram and Facebook from any claims related to this competition.

Eligibility

Participation is open to any natural person aged 18 or older who resides in Switzerland. The conditions stated in the post must also be fulfilled. By participating, entrants confirm that they accept these terms and conditions.

Participants with privacy settings such as «Private», «Invisible» or «Non-public» on Instagram are excluded from the competition. Images or content that violate Instagram/Facebook guidelines, Swiss law, our netiquette, or copyright law are also excluded.

Prize & notification

Winners will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook and asked to send their contact details by private message or email to info@trisaelectronics.ch. No cash payment is possible; all legal recourse is excluded.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the giveaway. Prizes not claimed within one month after the draw will be forfeited without replacement (unless otherwise stated).

Use & data protection

The images of all participants may be used during the competition on the Organizer’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. The winner’s image may be published on the official Trisa Electronics channels.

Personal data will be processed in compliance with data protection regulations. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting the corresponding post; participation then ends automatically.
